Girish Grover has 10 years of global investment experience, and has worked on transactions inexcess of $2bn.
He is an investment professional, turned entrepreneur, and possesses a deep understanding ofIndian real estate market. His mission is to build a world class logistics platform in India for occupiersand global investors.
Mr Grover founded TURNIT in 2011 as a boutique investment bank in India. He has led a team ofprofessionals and undertaken development projects at ground level, consulted global investors andexecuted various investment transactions.
In 2015, Mr Grover worked with Red Fort Capital to set up a $1 billion Indian REIT with a potentiallisting on NYSE.
Prior to this, Mr Grover worked with Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance in London where hehandled complex real estate transactions in the Private Equity space. He played a pivotal role insuccessfully closing a $60m PE fund.
Prior to JLL, Mr Grover worked with Cushman & Wakefield where he worked on a variety of buy sideand sell side deals. Mr Grover was involved in successfully closing investment offering for a FTSE100client.
Prior to C&W, Mr Grover worked with Dawnay Day fund (>€1bn AUM), managing a portfolio ofEuropean retail assets where he handled new acquisitions, financing, development, leasing and assetmanagement.
Prior to Dawnay Day, Mr Grover worked with Blackheath Financial (now Accenture) where heconsulted various investment banks including Bear Stearns, and ING Clarion, underwriting CRE loansand CMBS issues.
Mr Grover is an Indian national and a British trained Chartered Surveyor. His education includes MScin Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School, MBA from University of East London, andB.Com from Delhi University. He also passed Level 1 & 2 of the CFA exams. He is a member of RICS,IPF and CFA UK.
